A huge part of my education was breathing in Classical and Jazz music.
I played the violin, piano and guitar and later started to sing.
I sang in bands, took lessons and at the age of 18 I went to study
Jazz Vocals at Artez Conservatorium in Holland, where I was taught and inspired by some amazing
singers/musicians of the jazz scene such as Humphrey Campbell, Greetje Kauffeld, Mark Murphy, Josee Koning, Deborah Brown and Jerry van Rooyen.
I performed worldwide and have extensive experience in a wide range of styles such as Jazz, Big Band, Jazz/Country/Blues, Musical and World Music.
I sing pure, live, organic music straight from the heart: exactly the way it’s supposed to be.
